Netaji's goals are our goals too: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat

"At a time when the world is looking up to India, in a bid to create a 'new India', devotion to the country, honesty and the path of Netaji and other great icons of the country should be followed."

We all have to work to fulfil Netaji's incomplete dream of making India great: RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Monday said the country will have to work hard to bring Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's dream of making India a great nation to fruition.

"At a time when the world is looking up to India, in a bid to create a 'new India', devotion to the country, honesty and the path of Netaji and other great icons of the country should be followed."

Bhagwat was speaking at a programme organised by the RSS in Kolkata to pay tribute to the freedom fighter on his 126th birth anniversary.

"For the freedom of his country, he chose to spend in exile and sacrificed his life. He went to jail several times. He had to fight, forming his own army. His entire life was a 'tapasya' and he dedicated his life to the country."

"We have to follow Subhasbabu's ideals and his goals are our goals too," the RSS chief said. - Jayatri Nag
