MUMBAI: The sessions court today rejected both the applications filed by Kannada actress Marrayya Monica Susairaj, a co-accused in the Neeraj Grover murder case.

Susairaj's advocate had filed two applications, one seeking a copy of her confessional statement and the other seeking to permit her to be present in court during the hearing of her bail application earlier this month.

Susayraj and her naval officer fiancee Jerome Mathew were arrested for murdering Neeraj Grover, creative head of TV production house Synergy Adlabs.

The two had allegedly stabbed Grover to death and had burnt the body at Manor.
