NC slams Jammu & Kashmir government over Rs 9,000 crore liability allegation
The opposition NC hit out the PDP-BJP government in J&K for alleging that previous Omar Abdullah dispensation created Rs 9,000 cr liabilities.

"The coalition government is misleading public opinion by reiterating the so-called liability of Rs 9,000 crores left by the previous government. National Conference takes pride in having spent every single penny on public welfare," NC's Provincial President Jammu, Devender Rana said today.
"The money in the public exchequer is for the welfare of people and NC is proud of having done so," he said and alleged that the current dispensation believes in politics of disruption and not development.
He said the state is on the verge of collapse due to wrong policies of vision-less government and warned that National Conference cannot be a mute spectator to growing public woes.
Yesterday, minister for Roads, Buildings and Floriculture, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari had alleged that Rs 9,000 crore liabilities of the previous NC-Congress regime have created difficulties for the present dispensation in taking forward developmental programmes in the state.
