NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday admitted the petitions of former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh and his son Jagat Singh challenging a single Bench order of the court which refused to provide all the documents on Iraq's oil-for-food scam to them.

Holding that the issues in this case needed to be heard at length, a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice M K Sharma and Justice Sanjeev Khanna posted the matter for August two for further hearing.

The Bench also refused to accept the contention of Additional Solicione year," he said.
