Naroda Patiya riots convict Babu Bajrangi gets temporary bail
In the plea that despite getting treated at a government-run hospital, he has developed partial loss of vision.

A division bench of the Gujarat High Court comprising of Justice AS Dave and Justice Sonia Gokani granted temporary bail to Bajrangi, for a week beginning August 9. Bajrangi had sought bail for treatment of his eyes and had claimed that despite treatment in government hospital, he had developed partial loss of vision.
This, however, is not the first bail for Bajrangi, who has been convicted for life by a special court after the investigation by the Supreme Court-constituted Special Investigation Team. Bajrangi was given bail earlier as well for his eye treatment as well as treatment of his family members.—
