Narendra Modi warns China to stay away from Arunachal Pradesh
GUWAHATI: BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi ventured into foreign policy issues asking China to shed its “expansionist mindset” and stressing that Arunachal Pradesh will always be an integral part of India.

Addressing a public meeting in Passighat, Arunachal Pradesh, large parts of which China claims to be its territory, Modi on Saturday said, “China must shed its expansionist policy and forge bilateral ties with India for peace, progress and prosperity of both the nations. The world of today does not accept expansionist policy.” Assuring the people of the state, Modi said: “Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of India and will always remain so. No power can snatch it from us.”

Modi also addressed rallies in Silchar ( Assam) and Agartala (Tripura).
