Narendra Modi: SP & BSP seek safety from CBI, instead of packages for UP's progress
"Next elections will not be fought by SP, BSP & Congress, but by CBI and Indian Mujahideen," Narendra Modi mocked.

Addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich, Modi hit out at Akhilesh Yadav-led UP government for indulging in vote-bank politics. Slamming SP, Modi said, " Political parties are playing vote-bank politics, culprits are not being punished." "There is no room for violence in a democracy," he added.
Stating that winds of political change are blowing across the country, Modi said that in 2014 elections, Congress defeat is certain. "Next elections will not be fought by SP, BSP & Congress, but by CBI and Indian Mujahideen," he mocked.
Advocating the Gujarat model of development, Modi said that had the UP government worked for state growth, it would have helped the entire country. Modi showcased the 'electricity sufficient' Gujarat model in his rally.
Hours before Modi's scheduled rally, the district administration gave conditional permission to BJP to hold the meet. The district administration, which had earlier not given permission for the rally citing security reasons, issued clearance with certain conditions after midnight last night following a meeting with BJP district president Gulab Chandra Shukla.
BJP alleged that the Uttar Pradesh Government is wary of the increasing popularity of Modi in Uttar Pradesh and is making all efforts to put a spanner in it.
"This was done for rallies in Kanpur and Jhansi. SP Government in the State is wary of the popularity of Modi," BJP's state chief spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak alleged.
