Narendra Modi magic counts on hi-tech plans for Delhi rally on September 29
BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is expected to reach Rohini in a chopper to attend the 'Vikas rally' at Japanese Park on September 29.

The party's convener for the rally, Vijender Gupta, said a formal request to land the chopper will be sent on Wednesday to the ministry of civil aviation and the private company that maintains the heliport.
At the venue, the stage enclosure will take up around 20,000 square feet space. "There will be three stages in all, with the main stage measuring 80x40sq feet. It's a two-level stage of eight feet height with the central podium at 10 feet height," said Goel.
The party has made arrangements for two large screens behind the stage and 20 LED screens within the ground. "Around five lakh people are going to attend this rally. These 20 LED screens will ensure that those attending the rally get a closer view of the leaders on the stage as they speak," Goel said.
To make the stage appear lively, a backdrop with moving visuals of party messages will be used. "We are using a line array sound system to ensure that every word spoken on the stage is perfectly audible to those attending the rally," said Gupta. Seven cameras will cover the rally.
BJP's publicity committee is also considering creating bus stops decked with balloons for the rally. People will be picked from and dropped at these stops.
"Our volunteers are also making arrangements for smooth flow of traffic, clean drinking water and medical aid," Gupta said.
On Tuesday, the party inaugurated its countdown boards that will be placed across the capital.
