Narendra Modi is not welcome in Punjab: Dal Khalsa

He lambasted Shiromani Akali Dal led government "for leaving no stone unturned" for Modi's December 21 rally in the state.

AMRITSAR: Radical Sikh outfit Dal Khalsa today said that BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi is not welcome in Punjab, alleging that his agenda was to divide people on communal lines.

Party's spokesperson Kanwar Pal Singh described Modi as "anti-minority" pointing to 2002 Gujarat riots and the alleged eviction of the Sikh farmers from the state.

He lambasted Shiromani Akali Dal led government "for leaving no stone unturned" for Modi's December 21 rally in the state.
