Naming CM nominee during polls not Congress tradition: Digvijay Singh
"As per the Congress tradition, elected MLAs choose their chief minister after Assembly elections," Digvijay said.

"As per the Congress tradition, elected MLAs choose their chief minister after Assembly elections," Digvijay told reporters here.
His remarks came against the backdrop of unconfirmed reports that party leadership has zeroed in on the union minister of state for power to lead the state if Congress wins elections, which are due by year-end.
Taking a dig at Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Digvijay said the former was taking undue credit for Central welfare schemes to mislead people of the state.
"Madhya Pradesh has witnessed a rise in Central funds inflow of late. And because of enhancement in funds, Chouhan is announcing a new number of schemes. In many cases, he has simply renamed the Central schemes to pass them of as his own," the senior Congress leader alleged.
