Nagpur-based lawyer who filed complaint against Dy CM Devendra Fadnavis booked under MCOCA
Stringent Act MCOCA slapped against a lawyer, who filed complaint with EC against Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis for hiding criminal cases information in an election affidavit. Nagpur-based lawyer Satish Mahadevrao Uke and his associates, including his brother, have been charged under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in connection with a land grab case, the police said on Wednesday.
