Muslim Rashtra's rule has started in Bengal, state will merge with Bangladesh...: BJP's Khan attacks TMC

BJP MP Saumitra Khan on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the TMC during Lok Sabha proceedings, warning that West Bengal could become part of Bangladesh if not given the right direction. He accused the TMC of excessive Muslim appeasement, suggesting that in ten years, the TMC MPs might not return to Parliament.

"Muslim Rashtra's rule has started there...this is the biggest problem," Khan stated, adding that Hindus in West Bengal are unable to say "Jai Shree Ram" or celebrate Saraswati and Kali Puja.

Khan further alleged that the current government is engaging in Muslim appeasement and that district collectors and block development officers are colluding with the administration.


He claimed that during vote counting, BJP polling agents were denied entry into the centres. He insisted that these officers should be removed to ensure fair elections, or else "they will secede from India."


Predicting a grim future, Khan said that Hindus might disappear from West Bengal in a few years, and there would be Muslim rule in the state within a decade.

He also emphasised that elections in West Bengal, other than Lok Sabha and assembly elections, would not take place without central forces.

"In West Bengal, no election takes place other than Lok Sabha and state assembly elections. It has become a tradition in West Bengal that they will not listen to the Governor, The President and the court... There cannot be elections in West Bengal in the absence of the Election Commission or the Central Forces. Panchayat or municipal elections do not happen in West Bengal," Khan remarked.

Khan accused the TMC of violence against BJP workers, claiming over 200 were killed. He recounted an incident where a BJP Yuva Morcha worker was killed after the recent elections and another incident where a woman was paraded naked in Cooch Behar for supporting the BJP, questioning if this was TMC's culture.

He also raised an issue from Chopra in the Uttar Dinajpur district, where a video showed a woman being beaten publicly.

"TMC paraded a woman naked in Cooch Behar. TMC MLA said that this is a Muslim nation and a woman can be beaten on the road. They beat a woman in the middle of the road. It happened yesterday in Chopra," he said.


"Such incidents happen in a Muslim nation. Tell me, is India a Muslim nation? Will West Bengal go with Bangladesh? I raised my voice in Parliament to make the country take note of it," the BJP MP said.
