LUCKNOW: Hakim, an accused in the Mumbai serial attacks, was on Friday arrested by the Uttar Pradesh ATS here.
Hakim hails from Azamgarh and was wanted by Delhi Police, which has declared a reward of Rs one lakh on his head, ATS sources told.
Senior officials of ATS were interrogating him.
