Mumbai on alert after blast in Delhi

MUMBAI: Following the blast in the national capital on Saturday afternoon, the Mumbai police have put an alert all over the city and the state.

Maharashtra and Mumbai has been put on alert after the Delhi blast, joint commissioner of police (Law and Order) K L Prasad said.

Security has been beefed up at important places in the city including railway stations on Central, Western and Harbour Lines, and places of worship in the city, Prasad said.
