Mumbai farmer protest live updates: CM Fadnavis says positive on fulfilling farmers' demand
The farmers are protesing under the banner of Akhil Bharatiya Kisan Sabha (ABKS), a CPM- affiliated outfit. The CPM has decided to make the farmers walk the entrie 180-km stretch from Nashik to Mumbai.

Amitesh Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) on Monday said that no road would be closed due to the protest march by the All India Kisan Sabha's farmers. Kumar said, "No road closure or diversions will happen due to Farmers' Morcha now".
