And if the source of such an attack, Pakistan, is not nipped in its bud now, it would not be a surprise that the terrorists are encouraged to launch similar attacks in other parts of the world including the United States as well, they argued.
"So please consider Mumbai attack as your own problem and not merely an Indian problem," pleaded Indian Americans, who divided themselves into 20 different groups and fanned out at the Capitol Hill to make forceful presentations of their case.
These Indian Americans have come together under the banner of Indian-American Task Force (IATF), which was formed in the aftermath of the Mumbai attack with the sole purpose of lobbying before Congressmen and Obama Administration, urging them to use their leverage over Pakistan to act quickly and fast against those responsible for the Mumbai
mayhem.
The IATF also emphasised that unlike in the past Pakistan, the country whose territories are considered to be safe haven for terrorists, should not be simply let off this time.
