Mukhtar Ansari gets 10-year jail term in Gangster Act case
A Ghazipur court on Friday sentenced gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari to 10 years in jail and hard labour in the 2009 Gangster Act case. The former MLA will also have to pay a fine of Rs 5 lakh. The development comes a day after he was held guilty in the case.
