MSME Minister donates Rs 10 lakh to PM's Relief Fund

Besides, the Minister has contributed his one month's salary to All India Congress Committee Relief Fund, the release said.

NEW DELHI: Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises K H Muniyappa has donated Rs 10 lakh towards Prime Minister's Relief Fund for disaster relief measures in flood-devastated parts of Uttarakhand, an official release said.

" MSME Minister has donated Rs 10 lakh from his Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme towards Prime Minister's Relief Fund for the victims of recent cloud burst and flash floods in Uttarakhand," it said. A letter in this regard has also been sent to the Chairman of Committee on MPLADs (Lok Sabha), it added.

Besides, the Minister has contributed his one month's salary to All India Congress Committee Relief Fund, the release said.
