MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi Dhoni holds 25% in realty firm

NEW DELHI: As Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s career took a big leap, his business interests widened significantly . Perhaps to manage his growing empire Dhoni entrusted his wife Sakshi to enter into joint ventures with some companies. The ministry of corporate affairs website reveals a clutch of companies where Sakshi Dhoni is a director. In one case, she holds 25% stake in a joint venture with real estate firm Amrapali. The joint venture – Amrapali Mahi Developers Private Ltd—uses the nickname of the Indian cricket captain.

Dhoni is a brand ambassador for Amrapali and is a key fi gure in their advertisements for residential properties of the group. Dhoni also figures prominently in the home page of the real estate firm.
