MP police to donate one day salary to flood-affected Bihar

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh police will donate one day salary towards providing relief to the people of flood-affected Bihar, an official release said.

The decision in this regard was taken in a meeting attended by all senior police officers, it said.

Nearly Rs 1 crore will be collected with the contribution of one day salary by all ranks of the police force in the state, the release added.
