MP Jagdambika Pal compares PM Narendra Modi to Vivekananda
Pal compared PM Narendra Modi to Swami Vivekananda, citing his visit to White House. "The MPs of Nepal say that if Modi stood for elections in Nepal he would win there, too," he said.

"People are here for BJP. The quantity of people attending the sabha does not matter but their quality does," said Pal, referring to those attending as "intellectuals". He explained that he left Congress because he did not believe that Rahul Gandhi's vision for the nation was appropriate to its current needs.

"Since Modi has come to power there has been transparency in the system. The government has become disciplined and is functioning very well," he said. Pal attacked AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, calling him a "hypocrite" for taking a trip to Dubai in business class. He also said that Kejriwal has gone to the US "to ask for charity from Indians settled there" while Modi has gone and earned respect for the nation as every citizen feels proud of calling him or herself an Indian now.
Pal also spoke about Jan Dhan Yojana, saying that farmers are going to play a huge role in increasing the GDP of the country. "Like we won in Haryana and Mahahrashtra, we will win in Jharkhand and J&K," he told the people.
