MP govt employees to get 20 per cent interim relief from Sept

Employees and officers of the Madhya Pradesh government will start receiving 20 per cent interim relief under the sixth pay scale from the salary of September 2008, which is payable in October.

BHOPAL: Employees and officers of the Madhya Pradesh government will start receiving 20 per cent interim relief under the sixth pay scale from the salary of September 2008, which is payable in October.

Orders to this effect were issued today by the state Principal Finance Secretary, Ashok Das under which twenty per cent of the basic pay and the dearness allowance would be paid as interim relief, an official release said here today.

The amount of interim relief would be adjusted against the arrears of the revised pay scale and it will be drawn from the salary head.
