Madhya Pradesh Government is likely to ink MoUs worth Rs 2743 crore during the two-day Investors Meet to be held on July 29-30 in Gwalior.

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh Government is likely to ink MoUs worth Rs 2743 crore during the two-day Investors Meet to be held on July 29-30 in Gwalior.

According to state Industry Minister Jayant Malaiya as many as 300 investors from outside Madhya Pradesh have been invited to attend the meet and hundred of them have given their consent to take part.

Malaiya informed that projects worth Rs 350 crore would be inaugurated during the meet which includes Rs 4.52 crore stone park project in Old Chhaoni, Gwalior where stone-based units have been alloted plots for making stone slabs and tiles.

Another unit to be inaugurated on the occasion include Surya Roshni Ltd at Malanpur for producing CFL lights in Bhind district with an investment of Rs 40 crore. Deendayal Industries Limited set up with an investment of Rs 100 crore at Gwalior will also be inaugurated on the occasion, he said.

A series of investors meets have been held so far at Khajuraho, Indore, Jabalpur and Sagar. This time the meet would be held at export facilitation centre of the Mela Ground on Racecourse Road in Gwalior ,an official release said.
