MoS Agriculture Balyan meets Indonesian Agriculture Minister

NEW DELHI: Minister of State for Agriculture Sanjeev Kumar Balyan today held a meeting with Indonesian Agriculture Minister Ir H Suswono and discussed about cooperation in agriculture and allied sectors.

The focus of the bilateral meeting between the ministers of two countries was on cooperation in agriculture and allied sectors, an official statement said today.

"The discussion was aimed at strengthening the strategic cooperation in the field of agriculture and allied sectors between the two countries," the statement added.

The discussions concluded on a positive note with both sides agreeing for expediting all bilateral proposals for early conclusion, it added.
