Modi has no agenda, says Akhilesh Yadav as UP gears up for final phase of assembly elections

At a rally in Jaunpur, Akhilesh termed Modi's back-to-back rallies in Varanasi as a sign of desperation. "He (Modi) did a lot of Mann Ki Baat on both TV and radio shows, people are yet to know what is in his mind. The BJP does not have any agenda...do not believe them,” Akhilesh said, adding “I have never seen such a PM”.
The Yadav scion said the PM was yet to fulfill his promise of ‘acche din’ while listing out the works of his government, including ambulance services, dedicated 100 number for police, medical college, constructions of roads etc.
Lashing out at Modi for criticising his government over poor electricity, he claimed that the Samajwadi government has managed to give over 22 hours of power in cities and 14-18 hours of electricity in villages.
“Even in Kashi, which is the constituency of the PM, we gave 24 hours of electricity,” he claimed.
“We have reformed schooling system,” he and also promised that their government will give 1 kg milk powder and desi ghee every month to the poor students.
Akhilesh was unsparing on Mayawati, on whom he said people slept in her rally while she was reading long speeches. Akhilesh also asked what development happened during her tenure. "Who will believe such a leader who created her own statues...beware of my bua, she could join hands with BJP at any time,” he warned.
Akhilesh also repeated his jibe at PM that he is ready to swap seats with PM Modi if he doesn't desire to be in Delhi anymore.
