MK Meena asked to explain order to anti-corruption scrap helpline
Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had tweeted on Tuesday night how a sub-divisional magistrate had to run from pillar to post to get an FIR registered.

The letter, an internal communication, is part of the rapidly escalating tussle over ACB. The state government does not recognize Meena as its chief and had made the point in an earlier order, stating that additional commissioner SS Yadav was the chief. The government had fixed the responsibilities of the two officers, laying down that Yadav was the boss and Meena would be in charge of training and monitoring of undertrial cases. It was pointed out that there was no post of joint commissioner of police.
The Delhi government's letter is learnt to have mentioned, point by point, the various concerns and asked Meena to explain his position on these issues. He has also been asked about his work done in keeping with the role assigned to him of training and monitoring of undertrial cases, sources said.
The alleged case of bribery in which no FIR could be registered against DDA employees, according to the government, is also being raised with Meena. The state authorities had alleged that both ACB and Delhi Police failed to register a case.
Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had tweeted on Tuesday night how a sub-divisional magistrate had to run from pillar to post to get an FIR registered in the case involving two DDA employees allegedly caught red-handed taking a bribe at the DDA headquarters at INA by SDM, Defence Colony. The Kotla Mubarakpur SHO allegedly said they didn't have jurisdiction and no case was registered at ACB either. Finally, an order of compliance had to be secured from the vigilance department.
