NEW DELHI: A minor earthquake rattled India's capital early on Monday morning, but there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
An official with the Indian Meteorological Department, which monitors earthquakes, said the 4.3-magnitude quake was only felt in New Delhi and the surrounding areas. It struck about 4.43 a.m.
