NEW DELHI: Akbaruddin Owaisi, sitting MLA of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, was on Saturday stabbed and shot by his rivals in Hyderabad.
Injured Akbaruddin has been shifted to a hospital. He is the younger brother of Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi.
Tension gripped Hyderabad after this incident.
