MHAA asks Chief Justice to act on 175 subordinate court judicial officers

A resolution was passed congratulating the CJ for the steps taken in taking action by removing some subordinate judges who were involved in corruption and facing other charges.
The Association requested the advocates and the public to give details of corrupt officials of courts in Tamil Nadu.
MHAA said a complaint would be in place in its compound, enabling lawyers and public submit details.
MHAA also warned judicial officers involved in corruption to mend themselves to avoid any complaint and also to safeguard the dignity of the judiciary.
Stating that corruption has become a serious disease like cancer which has spread all over in society, the resolution said it has now entered the judiciary, in particular, the subordinate judiciary.
As such, the need has come for passing such resolutions, the Association said.
