Meghalaya has reported 12 COVID-19 cases and of them, one died and 10 recovered.
Guwahati: Meghalaya started the process of bringing back 15,000 people from the stranded in different parts of the country.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said first those who are stranded in across Northeast India will be brought back. “While we have put in place elaborate protocol, those returning back will have be quarantined.”

Sangma tweeted, “We are ready with necessary measures to bring back our stranded citizens from different parts of the #NorthEast. Directions have been issued to the administrations to follow due protocols and ensure that the process is eased for the citizens”.
