Meghalaya Congress fears exodus, senior legislator hints at moving out
Senior legislator Prestone Tynsong has been claiming that the block unit in Pynursla constituency was dissolved and he was kept in the dark about it.

“I have nothing against the Congress party, but the present leadership in the state is determined to destroy the party,” three-time MLA Tynsong told ET. “I will make an announcement when I join the other party.”

While Congress MLA from Mawkyrwat and senior party leader Rowell Lyngdoh is said to be leaning towards the NPP, Sniawbhalang Dhar, Ngaitlang Dhar and suspended Congress legislator PN Syiem are set to join other parties, people in the know said.
