Meeting of UP BJP held today

The meeting was held to review the preparations of the state working committee meet to be held on May 1 and 2 at the Scientific Convocation Centre.

LUCKNOW: A meeting of the Uttar Pradesh unit of the BJP was today held at its state headquarters here in the run up to the two-day meet of its state working committee.

The meeting was held to review the preparations of the state working committee meet to be held on May 1 and 2 at the Scientific Convocation Centre. It was presided by state unit's vice president JPS Rathore.

According to UP BJP spokesperson Shalabh Mani Tripathi, "In the two-day meet, BJP chief Amit Shah, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, UP BJP president Keshav Prasad Maurya and national office bearers belonging to UP, state office bearers, permanent invitee members of the state among other office bearers will participate," he said.

A total of 500 delegates will participate in this meeting, he said.
