Meat on Wheelz to make meat products available at doorsteps in Kolkata

KOLKATA: Even as Yogi Adityanath led Government in Uttar Pradesh comes down heavily on illegal slaughter house leading to an acute crisis of meat in the state, here in Bengal Didi makes sure meat lovers get easy access to quick bites across the city.

West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Limited ( WBLDCL) has launched a specially-designed vehicle Meat on Wheelz that would sell a series of non-vegetarian snack items on this cart shop.

While WBLDCL’s meat brand Haringhta that is already popular among meat lovers would also be made available on these carts.

This vehicle will would traveling through the areas of South Kolkata — Dakshinapan, Dhakuria, Gariahat and South Kolkata localities stocking ready to eat and frozen packaged Haringhata Meat products.

There would be three more such Meat on Wheelz vehicles that would be launched to move around areas of New Town, Lake Town-Bangur-Kestopur-Baguiati. More of these vehicles would be made available depending on the success of the debuting Meat on Wheelz.
