Maps of important installations recovered from youth
The incharge said diaries containing mobile and telephone numbers and some descriptions in code words were also recovered from him.

The youth, behaving in a suspicious manner, was detained by Government Railway Police from platform number six last night, GRP incharge Virendra Pal said.
Pal said three bags containing maps of important buildings in India and abroad, passport, ipad, fuse used in making bombs, 11 ATM cards, CDs of Vaishno Devi and Amarnath yatra, pictures of Wagha Border, visiting cards of travel agencies, and two badges of Ramlila at Delhi were recovered from the possession of the youth.
The incharge said diaries containing mobile and telephone numbers and some descriptions in code words were also recovered from him.
He said the maps bear the seal of department of architecture, Neo University, Karachi.
Pal said local police in Bijnor has been informed about the detained youth, in the wake of September 12 explosion here.
The youth claims to be hearing and speech impaired and a medical team has been called to examine his condition.
The incharge said the youth is being interrogated.
