Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister, admitted to emergency dept of AIIMS Delhi: Report

Former prime minister Manmohan Singh was admitted to AIIMS Delhi on Thursday evening after his health deteriorated, reported news agency PTI quoting its sources.

The 92-year-old Singh was brought to the emergency department of the hospital, the PTI report said.

The reason for his hospitalisation was not immediately known.
