Sisodia had claimed CBI issued a lookout notice, which prevents an individual from leaving the country, against him and others.
"All your raids have failed, nothing found, not found 'Ek Paisa ki Hera Pheri', now you have issued a look out notice that Manish Sisodia is not available. What is this gimmick, Modi ji?" Sisodia wrote on Twitter.
He also challenged that he will come wherever he is asked to.
"I am roaming freely in Delhi, tell me where to come? I can't find you?" he wrote.

The raids have led to the recovery of incriminating documents/articles, digital records etc. The CBI also registered a case citing corruption, criminal conspiracy, falsification of accounts and taking undue advantage in connection with the AAP government's now-scrapped liquor policy.
The CBI FIR named Sisodia as the top accused and 14 others.
The Delhi government last month decided to revert to old excise policy that was prevailing before implementation of Excise Policy 2021-22 from November 17, 2021. The decision came in the wake of Lt Governor VK Saxena recommending a CBI probe into alleged violation of rules and procedural lapses in its implementation.
The Excise officials said that as a result of the exit of private zonal licensees from retail sale, the number of liquor vends in Delhi presently number around 250. Under the Excise Policy, retail licenses were issued for 849 vends across the city divided into 32 zones.
