Manish Sisodia dubs Rahul Gandhi's tenure in Amethi as "worst"

AMETHI: Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi, AAP leader Manish Sisodia today claimed that the last ten years of the Congress vice president in Amethi has been the "worst tenure" for the people of the constituency.

Speaking at a programme in Salon area of the district, Sisodia said people of Amethi had been kept away from even the most basic amenities in the last ten years and appealed to the voters to defeat the Congress vice president from this Nehru-Gandhi bastion.

When asked who were the key opponents of AAP in Amethi, Sisodia said, "It is Rahul Gandhi."

"BSP is no where in the electoral battle and BJP has fixed its match with Congress," he alleged.

Sisodia said both BJP and Congress were "corrupt" parties and must be defeated to save the nation.

Accompanied by several senior party activists including Viplav Awasthi, Sisodia said, "This time the broom will wash away the dirty politics in Amethi."
