Manipur CM Biren Singh Singh tells Zoramthanga 'Not to Interfere'

Manipur CM N Biren Singh on Wednesday asked his Mizoram counterpart Zoramthanga, who took part in a huge rally in Aizawl on Tuesday to express solidarity with the Zo-Kuki people, not to interfere in the internal matter of another state.

Manipur CM N Biren Singh on Wednesday asked his Mizoram counterpart Zoramthanga, who took part in a huge rally in Aizawl on Tuesday to express solidarity with the Zo-Kuki people, not to interfere in the internal matter of another state. Addressing the Kargil Vijay Diwas function in Imphal, Singh said, "Problem began when the state government started action against drug cartels... The Manipur government is not against the Kuki community who are residing in the state." Kuki groups have been accusing Biren Sing of working against the interest of the community.
