Mamata questions justification of cabinet reshuffle
Political circles in Bengal feel that the Trinamool supremo is very keen to continue her anti-Congress tirade till announcement of next parliamentary elections.

"I am surprised to know that UPA-II has made yet another Cabinet reshuffle today. So how many times, in the last four years, UPA-II Government has made reshuffles of the Cabinet ? After AITMC, how many times has the Minister for Railways changed in the last 8-9 months ? What is the message from this Cabinet reshuffle ?", Mamata asked. She has commented on a social networking site on Monday to react on the reshuffle.
Political circles here feel that the Trinamool supremo is very keen to continue her anti-Congress tirade till announcement of next parliamentary elections. In fact, Mamata has gained politically by opposing both the Congress and CPIM in West Bengal and result of Howrah lok sabha by-elections is a clear pointer to this. Senior Trinamool Congress leaders here said that the party chief will go on attacking the Congress and it's government in Delhi till announcement of next parliamentary polls.
Mamata also attempted to mount pressure on the Congress by suggesting that a federal front without both the Congress and BJP should be formed to gift the country a new government after next parliamentary elections. She wanted all the regional parties with secular outlook should come forward to form the new political combination to keep both the Congress and BJP at bay.
Now the Trinamool chief raised questions about justification of the cabinet reshuffle in Delhi and by doing so, Mamata Banerjee wanted to raise a political debate over the issue. By questioning Centre's move to bring changes in the ministry frequently, the former UPA partner wants to give an impression about the Union government's failure to run the administration effectively and to cover up the corruptions and malpractices in which many heavyweight Congress leaders and ministers are reportedly involved.
