Mamata calls for united opposition stir against Centre
Mamata called for a united movement of the Opposition parties against the Centre and said “the movement against farm laws must be strengthened”.

After a meeting with Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait at state secretariat Nabanna, Mamata said, “On the one hand, we are facing a natural disaster and, on the other hand, we are facing political disaster because of the Central government. We have always supported the farmer’s movement and I was part of the Singur movement. Tikait proposed the formation of an anti-Centre platform in Delhi which will lead the movement against the three farm laws. He has invited us there. When farmers are not accepting the law, they should not impose the laws on farmers.”

Our protest and movement will not stop.”
