Mamata Banerjee meets LK Advani to see his ailing wife

NEW DELHI: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today met BJP veteran L K Advani at his house here.

According to sources close to her, the Trinamool Congress supremo went to Advani's house to meet his ailing wife Kamala.

Mamata was here to attend an event to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru at the invitation of Congress.

Mamata also met Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and wished him good health.

This was the first time she met Jaitley since he recovered from a bout of illness.
