Mamata Banerjee likely to meet PM Narendra Modi tomorrow

Mamata Banerjee is likely to visit the national capital on November 22 and return to Kolkata on November 25.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is likely to call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on November 22. The CM is likely to take up a host of issues, including the pending Central funds, extension of BSF jurisdiction, changing the name of the state, a source in state secretariat 'Nabanna' said.

"Banerjee might request the PM to reconsider the extension of the BSF's jurisdiction from 15km to 50km. She will also share data with PM on the Centre's dues to the state during her meeting," Nabanna sources said.
