Mamata Banerjee congratulates Nitish-Lalu alliance

KOLKATA: With it being clear that grand alliance is set to come to power in Bihar, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has taken the lead in congratulating Nitish- Lalu alliance.

"Congratulations @NitishKumar ji, Lalu ji & your full team. And all my Bihar brothers & sisters. Victory of tolerance, defeat of intolerance," tweeted Mamata Banerjee.

Echoing Banerjee, her party colleague and TMC national spokesperson Derek O'Brien said, "BJP loses. India saved."
