NEW DELHI: Few hours before his arrest in London by the Scotland Yard, beleaguered liquor baron Vijay Mallya was tweeeting about his Formula One Team. Mallya, who is team chief of Sahara Force India, looked excited about the return of Alfonso Celis, Driver for Force India.
