ISLAMABAD: A large bomb blast outside the Marriott hotel in Islamabad on Saturday injured at least 22 people, security officials said.
The blast was so loud it was heard far and wide, while live television footage showed part of the Marriott on fire.
Ambulances were rushing to the blast site.
