Mahendra Singh Dhoni's brother Narendra joins Samajwadi Party

Narendra Singh met SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and expressed his willingness to join the party, SP spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said.

LUCKNOW: Narendra Singh Dhoni, elder brother of Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, today joined the Samajwadi Party.

Narendra Singh met SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and expressed his willingness to join the party, SP spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said in a statement here.

Mulayam gave his nod for induction of Narendra into the party, it said.

Narendra expressed faith in policies and programmes of the Samajwadi Party and expressed his resolve to strengthen the party in Jharkhand, Chaudhary said.
