In steps to reduce the crowds in Mumbai, the Maharashtra government on Wednesday came up with more regulations to reduce crowds outside and in public transport. Henceforth state government offices will work at 50% capacity.
Meaning say in Mantralaya (State Secretariat) half of the employees will be coming in Monday and will stay at home on Tuesday while the other half that was at home on Monday will go to work on Tuesday.

BEST Buses
For BEST buses, the state government has decided to not allow passengers to stand in the buses, in the sense only those seating would be allowed to travel, in order to avoid over crowding the state government has ordered that people would not be allowed to travel standing in the bus.
Shops and Markets
The Maharashtra government has assured that the state has essential commodities, foodgrains and medical supplies and asked people not to panic. It has asked that those who indulge in profit making by creating a shortage or hoarding supplies or masks, the state government will take stringent action against them.
