Maharashtra crisis: Sena MLA Nitin Deshmukh claims police wanted to ‘harm him’
Sena MLA Nitin Deshmukh claimed that policemen took him to a hospital & pretended as if he had suffered an attack & wanted to harm him. He earlier alleged to have been ‘kidnapped’ and taken to Gujarat’s Surat from where he somehow managed to flee.

“100-150 Policemen took me to a hospital & pretended as if I'd suffered an attack. They wanted to operate on me, harm me under that pretext. By God's grace, I'm alright. I am with Uddhav Thackeray" said MLA Deshmukh, who was previously thought to have joined renegade Sena leader Eknath Shinde.
