Maharashtra : BJP-Sena government has cheated everyone, say Leaders of Opposition
Vikhe Patil demanded a special session of the state legislature to discuss the Vijay Kelkar committee report, which was tabled in the Assembly.

In a joint press conference, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Assembly Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil and Leader of Opposition in Council Dhananjay Munde said, "The BJP-Shiv Sena government in Maharashtra is insensitive towards farmers' woes. This government has cheated everyone."
"The Winter Session of the Legislature did not give justice to anyone. The Government announced package for farmers. However, it's nothing else but cheating. No announcements were made about the cotton, milk rates," Vikhe Patil said.
Munde alleged that the government cheated farmers and did not give heed to their grievances.
Vikhe Patil demanded a special session of the state legislature to discuss the Vijay Kelkar committee report, which was tabled in the Assembly yesterday. The panel was appointed to study the developmental imbalance in various regions of Maharashtra.
"The government should call a special five day session to discuss the recommendations of the Kelkar panel," he said.
