DMK's organisational polls will culminate on January 9 at the party headquarters Anna Arivalayam here when elections will be held for the these posts at the party General Council.
DMK Organisation Secretary R S Bharathy told PTI that a number of persons including 60 district secretaries had filed nominations for the three incumbents to the said posts.
Nominations were not received for anyone else, he said, indicating that the three leaders will be elected unopposed.
Incidentally, on Sunday, some reports had surfaced that Stalin, Karunanidhi's son and often hailed as the 91-year leader's political heir apparent by his supporters, had offered to quit as Treasurer since his father did not allow him to seek elevation as General Secretary.
However, Stalin had dismissed the reports as "malicious."
